I understand! I Really I do. Before I began detailing I did not have a "trained" eye for the endless "micro details" that go into the extensive process of detailing itself. I can't tell you how many times I have finished customers vehicles and heard the common quotes out of a person's mouth: "Wow! Is that my car" "Oh my God are you kidding me? It looks better than when I bought it new" There are countless others as well over the course of 18 years. These responses are almost always expected as people over simplify the word DETAIL and expect simply a Wash and Vacuum Service.

How long does a full detail typically take to complete?We are very meticulous so the timefrom largly depends on the condition of the vehicle. Generally our detail process takes between 3 and 5 hours to complete. Additional time may be required for vehicles that are excessively dirty.

Do you take credit and debit cards?Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Do I need an appointment?Yes! We are open 7 days a week but, we work by appointment only to ensure we have adequate time to complete each vehicle.

Do you pick up and deliver?Yes! Upon request we provide free pick up and delivery inside the city of Fort Smith.

Can I pay online?Yes! If you provide an e-mail address we can send an invoice directly to you which can be paid anytime durring or before the detail process.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?Yes! We can send an invoice with a gift certificate attachment to your email or they can be purchased at our facility. Please call before coming to our facility to ensure we are there as we do pick up and deliver vehicles and want to make sure we don't miss you.

Are you always at your facility durring hours of oporation?No! We do pick up and deliver vehicles, we may also leave for meal brakes. Please call before stopping by.
